These terms apply to orders placed with Gir Amrut Kesar Farms through the website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other confirmed sales channel.
Product and seasonal availability
Gir Amrut Kesar Farms sells seasonal Kesar mangoes grown on our own farm. Availability depends on natural harvest conditions, weather, fruit maturity, packing capacity, and transport route availability.
Price and transport pickup charges
The listed product price is ₹1,250 per 10 KG mango box. Minimum order quantity is 2 boxes. Transport pickup charges are extra and depend on city, PIN code, route coverage, and seasonal transport availability. The applicable charge is shown during checkout when available.
Natural fruit variation
Kesar mangoes are natural farm produce. Size, weight distribution, skin color, surface marks, ripening stage, aroma, and sweetness can vary from box to box.
Order confirmation and payment
Orders are confirmed after successful payment or direct confirmation from Gir Amrut Kesar Farms. Online payments depend on the active payment providers configured in Odoo. Once payment is received, we start picking mangoes from the trees, sorting, packing, and planning dispatch.
Transport pickup timelines
Dispatch can happen early, but the harvest-to-dispatch process may take up to one week. Estimated city timelines after payment confirmation are 5-7 days for Junagadh, 5-7 days for Rajkot, 7-8 days for Ahmedabad, 7-8 days for Surat, and 10-12 days for Mumbai.
Transport pickup and no home delivery
Home delivery is not available. Customers must collect mango boxes from the transport vehicle location in their city. Pickup place is confirmed by the owner on call after confirmed order. Driver number, vehicle plate number, and vehicle photos are shared upon dispatch.
Customers must pick up the mangoes strictly on the confirmed time. If a customer cannot pick up on time, no refund will be provided. The owner may assist with recollection from another location on the same day only if practically possible.
Cancellation, refund, and quality issues
Cancellation and refund handling follows the refund and cancellation policy. Damage or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup with clear photos of the box, label, and affected fruit.
