Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before picking, packing, or dispatch begins. Once mangoes are picked, packed, dispatched, or handed to the transport vehicle, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case for failed payments, duplicate payments, unavailable stock after order confirmation, or approved quality/damage issues. No refund is provided if the customer does not collect the mangoes on the confirmed pickup time.
Damage or quality reporting
Report concerns within 24 hours of pickup by calling or WhatsApping +91 9510861373. Share clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, transport label if available, and affected mangoes.
Natural variation
Refunds are not normally provided for natural variation in mango size, skin color, surface marks, ripening stage, or taste differences unless the issue clearly indicates damage or spoilage beyond normal fresh produce variation.
